3 Simple Steps to Hire Our Campervans

STEP 1. GET IN TOUCH…

If we have what you’re looking for, then either fill in our contact us form, online booking form or simply give Steve a quick ring on 07802 911 112.
We will require the following information:

  • driver age(s), occupations, driving history etc.
  • the number in your party
  • the specific dates you are looking at
  • the number of nights you’ll be away…
  • any other specific requirements

We will be more than happy to discuss any specific requirements, and give you full details of prices and availability.
We’ll then send you our booking form which includes a drivers declaration, our terms and conditions and the details of hire.

Once we have spoken and agreed terms and conditions in principle and will ask for a deposit of 50% of the total hire price.

4 weeks before the hire date we will ask you for final payment and then 7 days before the hire starts you will be asked to pay the excess security deposit of £750 into our bank account, when the vehicle is returned in the condition it left you will be refunded the £750 after allowing 14 days. (please note we do not take credit and or debit cards, all payments including booking payments are via BACS).

STEP 2. DAY OF HIRE…

On the day of hire we ask you to turn up in good time with your clothing and personal belongings, and we’ll show you round the campervan and fill out the paperwork, check licenses and ID’s etc.

This process takes approx. 45 mins, and once we are both happy that you’re up to speed and ready for the off, we’ll wish you an enjoyable campervan hire experience. We also are very happy for you to leave your own vehicle with us during your hire period.

STEP 3. CAMPERVAN HIRE RETURN DAY…

On the day you return we will welcome you back at the agreed time to carry out an inspection to check everything in and about the campervan is safe and sound as you collected it. Later that day or normally within 24 hours we will refund the security excess deposit to your bank account.
